Unix Recovery Tool - Recovers your Lost data from deleted or corrupted Partition

Following steps to be executed to recover your precious data using Kernel Recovery for Solaris INTEL

 

Click Start > All Programs > Nucleus Kernel Solaris - Intel Recovery > Nucleus Kernel Solaris - Intel Recovery. The Kernel Recovery for Solaris INTEL main screen appears as follows:

 

 

Select Storage Device that contains Unix File System (UFS) and click next button to proceed. This act will display following screen with the list of Default File systems ie UFS volumes present in a selected drive:

 

 

Select Logical drive ie traditional volumes [UFS] in which your deleted data were earlier located and again click next button to proceed. Then you have to select the mode of recovery from the following screen:

 

 

 

Kernel Recovery for Solaris INTEL will starts scanning your drive for corruption and deleted files and folders and will display following screen:

 

 

After scanning the hard drive, Kernel Recovery for Solaris INTEL will show you all the files and folders including your deleted files and folders marked as RED.

 

 

Navigate your deleted files and folders and copy the recovered files and folders onto good device.

• Use Recover Selected option to recover selected files
• Use Recover All option to recover all the files and folders present in the directory tree.
